Are your habits holding you back?

Hello hello!

Today we’re going to about habits: the good, the bad...and well: the ugly.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of bad habits because as humans, we are naturally creatures of habit.

How many times have you done something just out of habit?

You may not even question a behavior because it is so ingrained in you.

The trick is to recognize our bad habit and then nip it in the bud to rectify this behavior stat.

The best way to do this?

Establishing good habits to replace the bad ones.

The pathway to success involves a heck of a lot of discipline, but with practice, commitment and dedication you are capable of anything you set your mind to!

Your CHALLENGE today:

Write down the top 3 habits you want to ditch or create.

Then, start using the daily habits tracker to record the habits you want to track.

This will become addictive after a couple of days because you want to see all of those little boxes checked off! 

And just think: the accomplishment you will feel when you do check them off will be so worth it!
