the details:

  • Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and held over Skype.
  • Each session is recorded and you receive a copy of our session within 24 hours.

  • You'll receive a pre-session workbook to get clear on your goals prior to our time together.
  • Sessions can be one-off or a series of three / six {we'll meet bi-weekly}.
  • Coaching is based on your specific goals and each of our sessions are tailored for you and what you want to get out of them.
